- Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us at least 7 days in advance of the next billing or project milestone.

2. Refund Policy
- Project-Based Services:
- If a project is canceled before work has started, a full refund will be issued (minus any administrative fees).
- If work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work already completed.
- Completed project stages/milestones are non-refundable.
- Subscription or Support Services:
- Refunds are available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to avoid future charges.
- Digital Products/Software Licenses:
- All digital product purchases (such as software, scripts, or downloadable content) are non-refundable once delivered, unless defective.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Delay or failure caused by the client (e.g., missing content, late approvals).
- Change of mind after substantial work has been completed.
- Misuse of delivered software, applications, or services.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days via the original payment method.
- Clients will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
